Mining Bitcoin

Bitcoin mining is analogous to the mining of gold, but its digital form. The process involves specialized computers solving algorithmic equations or hash functions. These problems help miners to confirm blocks of transactions held within the network. Bitcoin mining provides a reward for miners by paying out in Bitcoin in turn the miners confirm transactions on the blockchain. Miners introduce new Bitcoin into the network and also secure the system with transaction confirmation.

Should I move bitcoin from X input address to 1 or X output addresses when making new wallet?

I want to make a new wallet with a new seed phrase because my current 24-word seed phrase has potentially 80 bits of entropy (log2(24!)) instead of 256. I had entered it in shuffled order during standard Trezor recovery, and have since learned how to do it on device with advanced recovery.
I have successfully created my new seed phrase, but am wondering whether I should transfer my bitcoin spread out across X input addresses to X output addresses or 1 output address. Is my understanding right that if I transfer to 1 output address, then the bitcoin that was spread out across the previous X input addresses could be traced together because they now reside in the same location? Because of this, should I transfer to X output addresses (with a 1 to 1 mapping)?

I notice the Bitcoin.com iOS wallet app is not generating a new receive address automatically, you have to manually refresh -really?!?

That’s frustrating, and just another thing that doesn’t work right after all the “upgrades” the last 6 months, in my opinion...
I want my multi-sig wallets back too! 😢

Small feature request for bitcoin.com wallet: show the entire receiving address on the screen instead of truncating it? Might confuse new users by seeing a truncated address.

Bitcoin Core 18.1 still does not support SegWit addresses for message signing, rendering the sign message feature useless for new wallets. Is there a reason for this?

Bitcoin Core 18.1 still does not support SegWit addresses for message signing, rendering the sign message feature useless for new wallets. Is there a reason for this?
Headline sounds passively aggressive, but I just don't get it how the Bitcoin Core Wallet still does not support this while being the main force regarding Bitcoin's development.
More than two years after the introduction Bitcoin Core still does not support the signing of messages using standard P2SH ("3"-addresses) and bench32 encoded addresses ("bc1"-addresses), which are de facto becoming the standard for transactions on the blockchain.
Unfortunately it is not possible to create old style P2PKH "Legacy" addresses with Bitcoin Core anymore; new addresses are always SegWit-compatible. This is *not* a bad thing, as it thrives SegWit adoption, however the in the title mentioned signing feature does not work with these addresses.
The sign message feature is was such a wonderful function to easily prove the ownership of funds and their address. Electrum and Trezor support the signing with the new standard btw, so is there a reason why Bitcoin Core does not?

THE FEATURE I'M TALKING ABOUT. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
